Office space within Tacoma Pacific Box Company’s existing warehouse footprint has been renovated and expanded.
As a company, Pacific Box provides custom cardboard boxes, corrugated containers, and shipping materials to customers across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. The Tacoma warehouse setting made thermal comfort of occupants a priority. TCF took special care to detail for increased weather and energy envelope tightness at the exterior and interior warehouse demising walls.
At the building’s entry, new paint, fresh signage and an ADA accessible ramp create a more visually prominent entrance for visitors. The refresh creates a dynamic first impression in alignment with the company’s recently revamped brand.
